Ray Roman “0 to 100” Failed (10/15/14 Deadlift)

Working on a 1 rep max deadlift tonight. 405lbs is my 1 rep max deadlift as of September 2014. It’s crazy what a difference 5lbs can be! Tonight I failed but it’s all a part of the process, or should I say progress?
