Ray Roman – Thruster WOD (10/23/14)

This WOD was inspired by Pat Barber and Wes Piatt from a video of their workout posted on CrossFit.com Checkout that video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiyrDMhszUc

With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every minute.

From 0:00-5:00 use 75lbs.

From 5:00-10:00 use 95lbs.

From 10:00-15:00 use 115lbs.

Continue adding 20lbs. every 5 minutes for as long as you are able.

I completed 75 total thrusters in 15 minutes. This was fun, I look forward to doing it again in the future!
