Ray Roman 15.4 CrossFit Open Scaled Workout (Highlight Video)

I attempted the 15.4 CrossFit Open Workout today. I did the scaled version of the workout because I can’t do hand stand push-ups yet! Here’s a little clip I posted to Instagram.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 push presses
10 cleans

Men push press 95 lb. and clean 115 lb.
Women push press 65 lb. and clean 75 lb.

Total rounds completed: 5
Total reps completed: 100
